About Our PTA

 

The mission of the Alice West Fleet Elementary Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is to enhance the educational experience of all students while building a strong, supportive school community. We accomplish this by:

  1. Community Engagement
  2. Educational Programs and Projects
  3. Support Opportunities. 

The PTA is led by an annually elected all-volunteer Executive Committee and other volunteer board members who serve on committees and provide assistance with activities and engagement. The PTA follows bylaws to ensure transparency and equity.  


COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

 

During the 2025–2026 school year, the PTA will bring together the Falcon community through five general meetings paired with engagement activities and educational opportunities.

 

The first meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 16 at 6:30 PM in the Alice West Fleet Gym.

 

Additional meeting dates and community events will be announced later in the year and shared on the PTA calendar.  


SUPPORT

 

The PTA organizes fundraising activities throughout the year to support students, teachers, and schoolwide initiatives.

MEMBERSHIP

 

Membership in the PTA is $10 per adult family member, per year. Membership includes parents, guardians, and teachers.

  • Members may vote during meetings, contribute ideas, and volunteer for programs.

  • All families are welcome to attend PTA meetings and events, regardless of membership status.
