Volunteering at Fleet

Being a part of the Alice West Fleet Elementary School is more than just enrolling your child as a student; being a part of Fleet is a collective of families, students, educators, administrators, neighbors, and community members.  

Membership and dues in the Fleet PTA membership support your child by funding essential educational and curriculum needs; advocating on behalf of children and educators at the local, state, and national levels; and building an inclusive school community for all families.

Join PTA for YOUR child because increasing our membership, even by one, makes it possible to provide important educational resources, speak up on important issues and create a stronger school community.  There is no wrong or right way to be involved—anything you can give, whether it’s time or money, will support your child’s potential, and will benefit the larger Fleet community.

PTA members can expect to have unique opportunities to deepen their engagement with their child’s educators and school administrators, along with a network to foster meaningful community connections.

Membership is just $10 per family, but is much more than money; it’s your commitment to the Fleet community. Join here!

And, please remember that joining the PTA is different from volunteering…and the Fleet community needs both members and volunteers in order to set up for success!

Although Parent/Teacher Association (PTA) is obviously not a verb, let’s make it a verb by investing, volunteering, and advocating for you child.  You can PTA any way you’d like…just join us!
