Alice West Fleet Annual Book Fair

This year, Fleet's Book Fair will be held from Monday, 3/20 to Friday, 3/24. Our Book Fair is a chance for parents and students to explore new books and support our school with their purchases. 

 

The PTA organizes the fair along with the Fleet librarians and parents volunteer to help the students make wishlists, find books that may interest them and conduct sales. Up to 25% of the proceeds from the sale come back to the school in the form of cash to help fund educational enrichment programs and books for the Fleet library. 

 

Our fair is located in the Fleet library during and after school. This year, we'll even have one evening for a Snack & Shop! Alongside that, there will be an option to shop our school fair online, so anyone, anywhere can shop.

In-Person Book Fair
Students will visit the Book Fair during their class library time. Students will create Wish Lists to bring home so you know what they'd like. Students may bring pocket money to spend during their class visit. Readathon winners will be able to spend their vouchers during these visits, too.

 

Families are welcome to visit our Book Fair after school (hours to come)We'd love to see you there; please note that, due to Covid requirements, we will be monitoring capacity and may set some time limits for shopping if things get crowded. Shoppers must wear masks at all times in the building.

 

 

Parents will also have an opportunity to support our teachers by purchasing books for the teachers' classroom libraries through the wishlists that the PTA collects from the teachers and those will be posted at the sale.

Feria del libro en línea

Paso 4: ¡Disfruta comprando! ¡Comparte con familiares y amigos para apoyar nuestra feria!

 

Feria del libro en persona
Los estudiantes visitarán la Feria del Libro durante el horario de biblioteca de su clase a partir del viernes 3 de diciembre. Los estudiantes crearán listas de deseos para llevar a casa para que sepa lo que les gustaría. Los estudiantes pueden traer dinero de bolsillo para gastar durante su visita a clases. Los ganadores de la Readathon también podrán gastar sus cupones durante estas visitas.

 

Las familias son bienvenidas a visitar nuestra Feria del Libro el lunes 3/20 y el viernes 3/24. Nos encantaría verte allí; tenga en cuenta que, debido a los requisitos de Covid, supervisaremos la capacidad y es posible que establezcamos algunos límites de tiempo para las compras si las cosas se llenan de gente. Los compradores deben usar máscaras en todo momento en el edificio.
